At Run North West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

  Ensure your footwear or apparel is unworn, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Fill Out Return Form

  Complete the returns form included in your original delivery, clearly marking whether you require an exchange for a different size or a refund to your original payment method.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked service to ensure your gear reaches our team safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Confirmation

  Once received, our sports specialists will inspect the items and process your request within 5-7 working days, sending you an email confirmation immediately.
